If you are doing RF work at a high enough frequency that the path length becomes 1/10 of a wavelength or more, here is a trace calculator to get a specific impedance of microstrip or stripline on a PCB. You'll need to know the relative dielectric constant of the PCB material, you can get that from whomever is supplying the boards.
